Concept research · TRL 1

Mission-Assured AI Recovery Under Disconnected Operations.

KemTechnology submitted MAIR to Army xTech|Search 10, the Army’s small-business technology competition, on October 19, 2026.

Led by Rory Williams, the research concept explores how to independently verify AI agents, withdraw compromised authority, quarantine suspect inputs and state, and restore trusted support through verified replacements. It addresses recovery when trust or connectivity is disrupted, with human oversight and controlled access at the center of the design.

Research stage: Concept development (TRL 1). A working prototype and measured validation results remain future milestones.
